4. Instructions & Information:

Please use the online order form to place your orders. We make every effort to deliver on the dates specified by you.
Ensure that the "Address Details" and "Payment" information you provide is complete and accurate.
The lead time for delivery is typically 48 hours, except for special items, unless otherwise mentioned.
House of Sagar reserves the right to accept or reject orders at its sole discretion. Once your order is accepted, it constitutes a binding contract between the user and House of Sagar.

5. Delivery:

House of Sagar makes all attempts to deliver ordered items/products on the expected dates. In the case of a national or government holiday, delivery will occur on the following business day.
House of Sagar is not liable for any damages or compensation arising from any delays or deterioration in the quality of perishable items/products.
House of Sagar is not responsible for any damage(s) due to wear and tear, breakage, defacing of the product or package during transit.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

House of Sagar reserves the right to alter, append, amend, change, and revise any of the terms and conditions or a part thereof stated herein at any time.

8. Force Majeure:

House of Sagar will not be liable for any default, delay, or lapse occurring due to reasons of force majeure, including war, risk, strike, theft, tempest, terrorist strikes, change of law, or any act of God.
